RETURNS

We are always more than happy for you to return your Soccer West purchased gear if you are not happy with it because it does not fit, is not as cool as you thought it would be, etc.  

Saying this we are very strict and direct about what can and can't be returned.

We cannot return or exchange any products that have been worn, damaged, or washed. 
Please be sure to try on your shoes or apparel in-doors to confirm that they are a perfect fit.  Any shoes with grass stains, scuff marks, field markings or apparent wear and tear will not be accepted as a return.  Similarly any apparel that has had the tags removed or any amount of stains, rips or tears are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Basically we must be able to receive the product in a state such that we can re-sell the item.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS AS WELL AS ALL CLUB ORDERS  AND
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

SHIPPING

All footwear being returned must be housed in a separate shipping box.  Please do not return footwear in original shoe box with a tracking label on.  Soccer West is not responsible for any shipping costs or duties and fees associated with returning product to Soccer West, including those of defected items to and from shopsoccerwest.com.  All return shipping/freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

IN-STORE EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Exchanges are welcomed in the store.  Any leftover value will be offered in the form of a gift card.  However, we are unable to complete any full returns of online ordered product at any of our store locations. All online purchased returns must be completed by shipping the item you wish to return/exchange back to our Webstore headquarters.  (address below)

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We apologize if along the production line a stitch was missed and you received a defective product from us. These can be returned for a full credit within the first 90 days. After 90 days 10% will be deducted off the purchase price for each month after purchase. It will be under the discretion of a Soccer West employee to determine what constitutes a defective shoe from natural wear and tear of a product.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPERS

Any customers outside of the Continental United States will be required to pay all taxes, duties, and customs which may occur by shipping orders outside the US.  This extra cost is not covered by shopsoccerwest.com (Soccer West) or our parent company (H&L Sports). Shipping prices, availability and timelines are not guaranteed and may change without notice.
